• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious or harmful code;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of our services, except to the extent permitted by law;
• Use the services to develop a competing product or to benchmark without our prior written consent;
• Infringe the intellectual property or proprietary rights of HendrenAI or any third party;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the services in a fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading manner;
• Use automated means to access the services in a way that adversely affects their performance or availability.

Healthcare and Data Responsibilities

HendrenAI's AI agents operate within regulated healthcare environments. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable healthcare, privacy, and security requirements, and for maintaining appropriate authorizations, consents, and safeguards for any data you provide or process through the services.

AI Output and Human Oversight

Our AI agents are designed to assist, not replace, qualified professionals. You are responsible for the appropriate review, validation, and use of any output generated by our services, particularly where that output may inform clinical, financial, or operational decisions.

Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and may suspend or terminate access to our services, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy or is otherwise harmful to HendrenAI, our users, or third parties.
